Emergency surgery for Dustin Gifford

My twin brother, Dustin, was hit by a car while he was putting gas in his.  He has a long road to recovery and a few surgeries ahead. He is the main financial supporter for his family of four. He won’t be able to work his jobs for awhile given the extend of injuries and they are mentioning he will have to go to a rehabilitation facility to learn to walk again. 

Anyone who knows my brother, knows he is a fighter. He won’t give up and I won’t give up on him. He has a long financial road ahead, his family will needhelp financially and he will have unexpected medical bills. Anything will help.
