emergency surgery for douglas klobusnik

Our puppy, Douglas, is a 5 month old Frenchton. He’s very playful and, on Wednesday morning, he was playing a little too aggressively. He jumped off our couch and fractured is humerus in 2 places. Douglas has two options - emergency surgery to repair the fractures or amputation. Due to his age we are doing everything we can to avoid amputation. The cost of surgery is $6300 and payment is required before surgery is performed. I understand this is a big ask but I know there are gracious and compassionate people out there. Anything will help!
