I lost my balance and all my weight fell back onto my right arm. I felt and heard my wrist snap, and it flung back in front of me, bent out of shape. We went straight to the hospital. X-rays showed several fractures. It was pulled back into place as best as they could and put in a cast. The next day, I went to a hand specialist and got more X-rays. It looked a tiny bit better but still had several fractures and a lot of swelling. The surgeon outright recommended surgery, which costs $11,987 with no option for a payment plan.
