Hello, my name is Jayden, and I’m lucky to have four beautiful kitties in my family. Unfortunately, one of them—Boba, my white and grey baby and also my oldest at just two years old—is facing a serious medical emergency. Boba has an intestinal blockage that is putting his entire body at risk of shutting down. He has stopped eating and drinking and has begun vomiting blood. According to the ER veterinarian, he needs emergency surgery as soon as possible to survive. I seriously cannot imagine life without him. He is incredibly loving, playful, and was one of my very first pets. At the same time, I am about to begin cosmetology school, which has required a significant financial investment and has already taken a large toll on my savings. My schooling is incredibly important for my future, however Boba’s life-threatening condition must come first, and managing both at once has become extremely overwhelming. Any contribution, no matter how small, would go directly toward Boba’s emergency veterinary care and help relieve the financial strain of balancing this unexpected crisis with my schooling; Even keeping him in your hearts means more than I can express.
