I’ve just discovered that my dog Shadow has a twisted stomach and possibly needs his spleen taken out. This is a time-sensitive thing and he needs surgery right away. I love this dog like my child; you can’t convince me I didn’t birth him. He’s everything to me, and he’s in pain because I made a stupid mistake and fed him too soon after a walk. Please help me save him, I will forever be grateful.
