This is fundraising to help my little nephew Jelani's parents raise enough money to help him go through a special surgery to restructure his umbilical cord from an Umbilical Hernia. He is going through lots of pain and the hernia keeps twisting his intestines. The medical attention is imminent and would need help from the whole community to raise $6,500.00 for his medical attention.
