Emergency Surgery For Avon

Update: Wish things would go smoothly for my poor little buddy! Avon came home after a complicated surgery, but wouldn't eat/drink, or pee for most of yesterday. Last night, he became very sick and was vomiting, shaking, lethargic, disoriented, stopped moving, and his abdomen was extremely bloated. He finally peed a little in place while lying on the floor. 

He became unresponsive for the most part and I carried him to the car at 4A and booked it to Blue Pearl ER. They placed a catheter in to drain bladder and are running blood tests right now. There is a strong chance urine leaked into his abdomen and he may need another procedure. If he has a stricter, they may have to cut a new hole for him to pee out of in addition to draining and flushing abdomen.

If you have donated already, thank you for helping us get this far. Because of your generosity, we were able to save Avon's life earlier this week and deal with the bladder stones. Now, we are faced with another potential life threatening situation and additional costs have popped up.
