Emergency Surgery,and out of work, homeless

Hi, my name is Don and I am setting up this fundraiser to get some help. I am currently set up for emergency surgery on the 16th. I have an ostomy, that is getting bad tears all around it. It has swelled up, is very painful, and hot to the touch. I have sections of bowel that is intertwined beside this and connected to the scar tissue, and currently have several loops that could get pinched off and cause blockages, leakages, and become septic. The section is now around the ostomy (where the colostomy bag attaches to the part of the colon that is duct through my stomach) and swelled up, about the size of a plate now. It is running about 102 degrees at times. Pain is through the roof. I have been in and out of the ER 5 times since November 1st, 2023. I have been admitted several times, with painful masages by the Dr to push the bowel away from the Stoma site. Because of our point system at the hospital I was working at, I was let go, even with ER and Drs notes excusing the absences.

I currently live alone, rent a small apartment, and now looking at being evicted this month. I am asking for any help to help cover rent and food, and pay some towards the hospital bills. I am used to being the foundation for everyone around me, would give ya the shirt off my back... and now it is so rough that I am having to ask for assistance. Being the type that usually puts myself last... this is hard. I ask, beg, and pray for help. Every little bit helps, and I am eternally grateful for any assistance.
