Emergency support- house fire

On behalf of these beautiful souls, Kristen and Michael, I am reaching out for support from our community to raise funds that will offer them some nourishment and peace through a time of transition that has been made more challenging for them due to two recent shocking and traumatic events- a house fire, and a car accident that totaled their vehicle.
Michael has been building them a small home (“Small Tall”) from the ground up over the course of 3 years, and they have been making ends meet while pouring their finances into the build. The weekend that they were finally moving into their new home Michael got into freak car accident. Since the winess can't verify an important fact Michael will only be getting partial coverage for his loss.
A week later, while just settling into their new home, they were cooking supper when there was an explosion! Michael went to the shed to check the generator, and he was hit with a second explosion that sent the shed and part of the house up in flames! It was a very scary and traumatic evening to say the least.
What a blessing it is that they are both OK (Michael spent the night in ER and is recovering from some burns) but they could really benefit from some financial support while Michael moves through the healing process and is able to return to work again, and while they await all of the pieces that need to come together for the home to be ready to move into.
The goal is to raise $2000 in 2 weeks in order to alleviate some of the stress and support them through this time of transition, a donation from you of any amount would be deeply appreciated!
