Hi everyone,
I am starting this GoFundMe to ask for urgent, compassionate help for my friend Beau. Beau is currently experiencing homelessness while facing a critical medical emergency: severe, open, and deeply ulcerated MRSA wounds across both of his arms.
MRSA is a severe bacterial infection that requires continuous, professional medical supervision, high-strength antibiotics, and daily sterile wound care. As you can see from the photos, the wounds on his arms are deep, open, and extremely painful.
Trying to heal from open wounds of this severity while living unhoused is nearly impossible. Without a clean, sterile environment to rest and recover, Beau faces a dangerously high risk of life-threatening complications, including severe blood infections (sepsis). Because both of his arms are severely affected, even simple daily tasks—like changing sterile bandages, washing, or carrying basic necessities—are overwhelming and painful.
Beau urgently needs a safe, clean place to stay and the proper medical resources to survive this crisis and recover.
