I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help for my sister, Penny Carter. Penny is currently in the hospital battling a sudden illness and may require surgery. While her health is our primary concern, her situation has become critical. Because she has been unable to work and her medical bills are mounting, she is now on the verge of becoming homeless.
Right now, Penny should be focusing entirely on her recovery. Instead, she is facing the terrifying reality of being discharged from the hospital with nowhere to go.
