Emergency Support for Injured Nepali Student in Canada

On May 13, 2025, a tragic accident shook Vancouver’s Yaletown when a young pedestrian was struck near Drake Street and Pacific Boulevard. Among the victims was Sandeep Paudel, a Nepali student who had only recently arrived in Canada from Kathmandu to pursue an MBA at University Canada West.

Sandeep came to Canada at the beginning of April, full of dreams and aspirations. He now lies in critical condition in hospital, fighting for his life. His spouse along with loved ones in Nepal, are facing an overwhelming emotional and financial burden.

In support, NCSBC and the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Canada have come together to launch this fundraiser. Every dollar raised will go directly toward covering emergency medical expenses, ongoing care, and family support during this incredibly difficult time.

Let’s come together as a community and stand by one of our own. Your kindness and generosity can make a world of difference in Sandeep’s fight for recovery.

No contribution is too small. Please donate and share.

Thank you for your support.
