Emergency Spinal Surgery for Huckleberry Finn

Hi Friends, Fleur and I really need your support. You all know how much our dogs mean to us. Last Sunday night, we got a terrible shock when Huckleberry Finn started staggering, falling over, and having trouble breathing. After a very long night with Huck at the Veterinary Emergency Clinic, he was sent home with painkillers. The following morning, Huck's legs became paralyzed, so we rushed back to the ER. The vets told us that because he had deteriorated so quickly, the only option was emergency spinal surgery, if we wanted to give him the chance to walk again.

We will always do whatever it takes to help our puppy. He only just turned three.

Asking for help is really hard, but the emergency room, surgery, treatments, medication and rehabilitation are costing $20k. We don't have that kind of money but we do have a great community of friends. We really need your help to get Huck healthy and back home to us so whatever you can offer to support is greatly appreciated. We believe it takes a village.
