My name is Georgia Webber and I’m fundraising to cover the $20,000 bill for emergency snow plowing on our road!

We are the residents of Mobile First Pond Rd, between the two outports of Mobile and Tors Cove in Newfoundland, and we do all of our own road maintenance. This winter, we had three snowstorms back to back to back, and the snow completely overwhelmed our snow plows — we were all trapped and snowed in!

As a community, we had no choice but to pay $20,000 to get the road plowed so that we have access to food, medications, and emergency services. We have many elderly residents and young families and the sudden cost is a big stretch for us to manage alone. Can you help us?

This page is where both full-time and part-time residents are putting our funds together to get the bill paid, but anyone can add a few dollars to lighten the load of this emergency snow clearing situation.
