Pakistan floods 2022 - Sindh Emergency

Hi, my name is Daniyal Farooqi, based out of Toronto, ON and I am personally appealing to everyone to donate and save lives in Sindh, Pakistan (money that will used for buying food, clothing and medical supplies). This is an extremely critical time since a cold winter has arrived and the victims of floods (that swept across Pakistan in Aug/Sep 2022) are in dire need of these for their survival.

Who is leading the relief effort in Dadu district?
Our team. Led by Ghulam Mustafa Chandio. A social worker from Karachi. Army representative for the Dadu district. On ground since August 2022. Left his full time job in Karachi to lead these efforts. His pictures are in all the attachment that I am putting across on this ad.
An FYI on the crisis....
1/3 of Pakistan is underwater.
Cooler weather came shortly after the floods which did not allow the water to evaporate and sweep away. Hence, it's been 5 months and the water is still very much present. Please see the pictures for more details.
How I know?
I visited Mehar, Dadu District, Sindh last month (November 2022) and have taken pictures of the destruction that the water has caused. I made food packs from whatever my family could raise and gave away 300 monthly family relief packs, but much more needs to be done! Hence, this GoFundMe will help us scale up.
Total Families in Dadu: 200,000
Monthly food pack cost for one family: $30.... Contains rice, flour, sugar, oil, lentils, beans, mosquito repellant and mosquito nests. Please check the google drive link for pictures of the items in the relief pack.
