Three Blind Kittens

URGENT! George and volunteer Kevin picked up these four tiny kittens on Saturday, Aug 7. We were called to rescue them from a filthy backyard, filled with garbage. All four came to us with extreme eye and upper respiratory infections, all underweight and emaciated. Sadly, one of these sweet babies passed away overnight. Another appears to be blind and may need a double enucleation (removal of the eyes), as the infection is very far gone. The remaining three kittens are all fighting for their lives, and they are getting urgent vet care to save their lives and hopefully save the other two kittens' eyesight!
