Hi, I’m Stephen Wise, co-founder and director of Wise Wellness Center stationed in Philadelphia. Empress Thandi Wise, runs Wise Wellness Center in Treasure Beach, Jamaica. For 10 years, it has been a place where the community—and travelers from around the world—come to heal, recharge, and find hope.

A few weeks ago, Hurricane Melissa struck St. Elizabeth with devastating force. Homes were destroyed, roofs torn off, and entire communities left without the most basic necessities. The Wise Wellness team, their families, and their neighbors were hit hard.

After a hurricane, we often expect a rainbow; but the season isn’t over. It continues to rain on homes without roofs, on mattresses already soaked, and on families still trying to rebuild.

Contributions will provide food, water, clothing, and shelter today, and then support rebuilding stronger, more resilient homes and a center prepared for whatever comes next.
