Emergency Relief Fund for Mark Weaver after Car Accident

Hello all, I'm Monica, I am the GM at Mulan Bistro in Midtown Memphis. I am requesting help with donations to support our friend and long time employee, Mark Weaver.

Mark was recently taken to the hospital with a head injury after he was struck by a speeding car early on Saturday morning, June 15th, while walking home from the Highland Strip. The details pertaining to the accident are unknown at this time however, Mark landed on the back of his head and was taken immediately to St. Francis hospital for urgent care. Mark had to get 28 staples to the back of his head and had to undergo two CT Scans after having seizures while in the ICU. He is currently in stable condition and is waiting to be moved to a regular room while still receiving care.

We are asking our community members and friends to donate to help Mark take care of the medical costs associated with this accident as Mark is currently uninsured. We set a goal of $50K as we aren't sure how much the total bill will be when he is released. It is also uncertain if Mark will need to go to any kind of physical therapy or how long his recovery will be after the accident. This goal amount certainly doesn't need to be met however, we would like to help Mark in anyway that we can.
