Emergency Relief for Wahiawa Shelter Animals

Tax deductible
When I saw the video, I couldn’t look away.
A little child was crying because their pets were still inside a flooded home.
That moment stayed with me.

Who am I?
I am an artist and the founder of a small animal rescue called Rosegate Furever Home, where I care for rescued and special needs animals.

Where am I from?
I am based in Minnesota, at this time. Lived on the Big Island of Hawai'i for many years and hoping to going back soon.

My relationship to the organization:
While I am not directly affiliated with Oahu SPCA, I am part of the same rescue community. I understand firsthand how fragile and vulnerable small shelters are during emergencies, and I felt called to help after seeing the recent flooding in Wahiawa.

How the funds will be used:
All funds raised will be directed to support Oahu SPCA in response to the flooding caused by the Kona Low storm. The funds are intended to help with:

Emergency shelter and safe dry space for animals
Food and clean drinking water
Veterinary care and medications
Cleaning, sanitation, and recovery supplies
Any urgent needs related to flood damage and displaced animals

Animals who already lost so much are now at risk again.

Every dollar goes toward helping them care for these animals during this crisis.

I am committed to transparency and will provide updates on how funds are transferred and used.

If you can give, thank you.
If you can share, that matters just as much.

From one rescue to another—
with love and hope
