My name is Barbara Jasser, an Italo-Palestinian PhD student currently based in Naples, Italy. I am a close family friend of Dina Y.S. Ashour, her husband Ismail M.I. Ashour, and their two children Zein (10) and Kenan (8).

The Ashour family has always lived in the Gaza Strip. Dina and Ismail were both born in Khan Younis and later moved to Gaza City, where they built their home and started their family. Since the beginning of the devastating attacks over the past two years, they have gradually lost everything. After the latest invasion of Gaza City, they were forced to flee once again and are now living in a tent camp in Khan Younis, with no belongings and no stable access to food, water, or medical care.

We are raising funds to support the Ashour family in this moment of absolute emergency. All donations will be fully and directly transferred to them and used to cover urgent medical expenses, daily necessities, and basic living needs as they try to survive and rebuild their lives under extremely difficult conditions.
