Single mother of 3 surviving on just £20 a week

My name is Louise Sibthorpe and I am appealing on the behalf of a very close family friend. 

She is a single mother of 3 young children and is currently living on £20 a week. She receives universal credit but due to expensive rent and bills she is left with just £20 for food and other essentials. She has tried to apply for a council house but was forced to stay in a travel lodge room with her 3 children for months because the council could not find her a home. She is starving herself in order to be able to feed her kids and has numerous mental health issues that have brought her to the brink of being unable to cope. 

She has had such a rollercoaster life and had been placed through the wringer more times than anyone ever should have to endure. Forced to live with her children in a cramped travel lodge for months, having her kids kidnapped by a physically abusive ex partner, and abusive relationships have left this lady scarred beyond belief and her babies are her absolute everything.

Anything, any help at all that you can give to this wonderful mummy to help her take care of her babies would be so appreciated. Please, if you can give anything this will make her year. We all have had a tough year and we can get through this by helping each other. Please spread this far and wide.
