The Pack Fire has yet to be contained in the communities of Crowley Lake and McGee Creek, but local friend and business owner Elizabeth McGuire has lost everything. At the time the wind-whipped Pack Fire roared down McGee Canyon, she was at her Eastside Bakery and her three kids were at school. Their home and all possessions were incinerated, leaving them with nothing as winter snow, carried by the same wind that moved the fire so quickly, moved into the region. Your help will act as emergency funds to ensure they have proper clothing and essentials, temporary housing, and short-term stability prior to their long road of rebuilding their lives in our Eastern Sierra town. Any amount shared will directly help the McGuire family stabilize in this extraordinary time. Thanks to the greater Mammoth Lakes community and friends of the McGuires for coming together.
