Emergency Relief for families in Afghanistan

My name is Wajid Barakzai and I am raising funds for displaced families who are in Kabul, Afghanistan. Since the U.S troops have withdrawn from Afghanistan, the attacks from the Taliban increased which led to a wave of violence in the country. With all this violence going on, the country is also facing a third wave of COVID, with more than 96,000 cases according to World Health Organisation. The two main hospitals have shut their doors to new patients due to a limited supply of beds and oxygen. More than 200,000 Afghan civilians are displaced because of the violence. An active fight is going on in 200 districts out of 375, forcing people to leave their homes becoming jobless and homeless. Our goal is to provide basic urgent needs to help the displaced families, including food, clothing, etc. The funds will be sent to my family member living in Kabul who is directly in contact with many such families.
