Hello everyone my name is Bianca and we are urgently trying to re-home due to our landlords negligence. In September our bathroom ceiling collapsed, due to a water leak coming from above. The landlord took 2 months to replace the dry wall leaving the leak unfixed (we had no idea.) At the beginning of this month we noticed black mold & spores coming from the bathroom ceiling. We reached out to the land lord who sent someone out the next day to cut out the mold in the dry wall leaving a GIANT hole. Exposing us to mold, mildew & water leaking on us from the restroom of the unit above. After we went to the doctors we where diagnosed with bacterial bronchitis due to mold exposure. My son is now on a nebulizar & I on steroids & an inhaler. We are URGENTLY trying to rehome, but unfortunately between medical bills, and the high rent cost in Tampa we aren’t financially able to. I want to give my son a safe environment to grow. Thank you for taking the time to read & share.
