Help Me as I Fight to Protect My Twin Babies & 9-Year-Old Daughter

I am a mother in Oklahoma County standing at the center of a storm that no parent should ever have to face. What began as a battle to protect my children and myself from a man who harmed me in the past and was threatening future harm has turned into a fight against a judicial system that is beyond corrupt and has failed us at every turn. My family has been targeted for exposing this corruption in Oklahoma County. We were forced to leave our home in fear for our lives.

SAVE TWIN BABIES: KINLEY & PHOENIX

Today, the nightmare escalated. Armed police arrived with an unlawful, not properly domesticated order from another state and forcefully ripped my 16-month-old twin baby girl, Kinley, from my arms. I was given no chance to speak and no chance to protect her. UCCJEA states a mandatory hearing should take place before something like this happens. Money talks, and there was no hearing: just a police raid on a toddler.

Twin baby brother, Phoenix, was forcefully ripped from his safety and stability, my mom's arms, only days later. Texas law enforceament seized my 16-month-old toddler without giving notice, without scheduling a hearing, without a Texas warrant, AND without a signed Judge's order— also acting in direct violation of UCCJEA policies.

I had placed my babies in different states for their absolute PROTECTION. I was terrified of abduction or unlawful kidnapping misusing law enforcement acting on contested orders that should be null and void. Sadly, despite trying to protect them, my fears came true.

My 9-Year-Old daughter, Olivia, is a bright, magical little girl who should be casting spells and playing with her siblings—not caught in a custody nightmare fueled by this fire.

She has been unlawfully kidnapped by her father and kept from me for over 86 days. He has never been adjudicated her father, he has zero custodial rights and he filed in a jurisdiction where she does not even live. He has never financial supported our child and he abandoned his first child.

We co-parented peacefully for almost a decade and now he is collaborating with my rapist in a coordinated effort to destroy me.My heart already felt ripped in half and now they have taken my babies as well.

This isn’t a custody dispute; it is a fight to end the unlawful kidnapping of a child from her mother who has had sole custody since birth. We are fighting to reunite her with her family and ensure her beautiful smile isn't lost to a broken system. These siblings belong together with their family who loves and misses them dearly.

TEXAS FAILURE

Texas had a chance to protect my children, but the court (Judge Jennifer Dillingham) completely disregarded the jurisdictional laws and protections under the UCCJEA that are specifically designed to keep babies away from abusers.

Both of my beautiful, innocent babies have now been taken from their safe, stable home without due process and handed to a serial rapist who has raped me, threatened my life and the lives of other women, as I have learned:

A MAN vs A CRIMINAL

Ferris Weston Howland stated he wanted nothing to do with the babies during and after my pregnancy.

He threatened to kill me and said he could get away with it when his family found out about the babies existence (at almost four months old)

When Jared found out about the rape and my pregnancy, his immediate response was: “You won’t have to face this alone.” He has been a true father to the twins since before we even entered the delivery room. We got married shortly after the babies were born, he has been their dad from the very beginning.

The contrast is absolute: one is a real man who stepped up to love and protect us, and the other is a criminal who deserves to be in prison for his crimes.

DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG?

NO! There are absolutely no findings of abuse, neglect, or harm to my babies on mine or my spouses behalf. Not even any allegations.

These are healthy, happy, thriving children who have been taken at no fault of mine or my spouse’s. Right now, there are scared 16-month-old twin babies who do not understand where their mom and dad have gone, suddenly placed in a house with complete strangers.

My only “crime” has been exposing the corruption in the judicial system and refusing to hand my babies over to a man who committed unspeakable abuse against me (resulting in the birth of the twins), threatened to harm me, and explicitly wished for these infants to not exist. I’m not even allowed to say the applicable words on this platform.

He concealed my pregnancy, their birth, and their existence from his wife and his entire family until they were 4 months old—at which time I mistakenly reached out to see if the babies had paternal grandparents who might want to be aware of their existence.

FWH's crimes also include alleged (required word) - SA, serial g r @ p e, attempted life-threatening violence, strangulation against consent, grooming of a minor, credible threats to harm/un-alive others, and other abuse against multiple victims.

YET, to protect him and his wife’s reputation, they feel ENTITLED TO STEAL the babies that I grew inside my body.

I sacrificed my body, my health, my career, my finances and everything I have for these babies — they belong with their mom and dad. NOT an abuser who concealed their existence and his wife trying to protect their reputations. Your contribution will help me bring them home.

SUMMARY

We are fighting to SURVIVE this nightmare, bring my babies home, bring these siblings back together and prevent the court from destroying our lives.

My story reads like a script for a Netflix documentary (and will probably turn into one), but unfortunately, this is the devastating reality for lots of families in Oklahoma. We have run into profound injustice at every turn—hearings held in secret, evidence ignored, ambush trials without notice, denied remote hearings in a coordinated effort to silence and destroy us.

THE SOLUTION: LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS

Funds raised will go to emergency legal representation thats not afraid to go up against this level of corruption, surviving this storm while displaced from home (essentials bills and living expenses).

Any funds raised beyond our essential legal and safety needs will be dedicated to supporting the Cameras in Courtrooms Bill for judicial transparency in Oklahoma, and helping victims of child trafficking end the horrific nightmares they face.

If these cameras are installed, it strikes at the very heart of this corruption. It would interrupt the secrecy that allows these injustices to happen and give my family—and so many others—a chance at a fair, public hearing.

My deepest wish is that no other family ever has to fight in the dark like we are doing right now. We are fighting to set a precedent that protects everyone. Please help us bring our children home safely where they belong.
