Emergency Need for my Family

Hello, I’m Mackenzie Underwood, I am in need of urgent funding for lawyer fees and funds to move back home away from an abusive situation with my children. With only 25 days left to respond and time is of the essence. I was involved in a 4 year abusive marriage. My husband left my three children and I with no money, while I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and unable to find work. For the last 4 years of marriage I have been told I was unable to work, I had to stay home with my children while he worked. I was never involved in the finances or had any kind of access to them. Years of abuse transpired behind the scenes and manipulation, physical, emotional, and sexual. I currently have a Military order of protection out for me and my children’s safety. He had been planning to leave for a long time. He filed for divorce asking for custody of my children, and all of the property we have acquired in our marriage, as well as I pay back 50% of the debt I had no control over. I have reached out to legal aid and they are unable to take my case. I am going towards 25 days left to file a response or the court will rule in his favor. I am worried about affording basic necessities like groceries, medicines for my children, on top of now having to get a attorney. I am extremely embarrassed doing this but I am desperate. My children have only ever had me since birth and I rarely ever left their side since and they are all I have. I am also willing to exchange photo editing or photography services, anything in exchange for donations (message me directly for examples of my work). I would not be doing this if I wasn’t in desperate need and wasn’t forced into this situation.
