Recently, I was blindsided by the ending of my 11.5-year relationship and the loss of my cat within a week of that. My former parrner owned all the furniture in our house so I have to start over completely (I don't even own a bed!) The grief and shock have been overwhelming, but I’m determined to rebuild.

Now, a bright spot: My incredible sister has secured an apartment for us in Milwaukee, WI—a fresh start we both need. This means I must move all my belongings from Grand Rapids, MI to Milwaukee.

Though I have a compact car, it’s too small for a single trip, and multiple 6-hour drives (360+ miles roundtrip) would cost over $250 in gas alone—not including a rental trailer or packing supplies. As I navigate this transition, these costs are beyond my current means.
