Emergency Move from molding home

For over a year we have been asking our landlord to repair the leaking roof of his home. Now the mold has made my family sick. My baby stopped growing within days of moving him into his new nursery. The doctors didnt know why and explained if his body couldnt keep up with his brain growth he could experience brain damage and they tried to hospitalize him several times because no one could figure out what was wrong. I have documented every correspondence between the landlord and us since June 2017.
The worst part is the man is a doctor.

He knows full well the danger of mold exposure to infants.
I sent him papers stating he had 7 days to respond to leaking roof or we would not be paying rent again. He served us eviction papers that day. 
Yes I know it's not legal but we can't fight to stay in a place that's making us sick. The attorney said get out asap and then I will have a good case against him with all the medical documents and record of over a year of asking for it to be fixed. 
That being said we need $5,000 to move in 9 days. 
My family and I are sick and beside ourself.
On top of all this we have to pretty much throw away what ever can't be properly cleaned so we don't just move the mold.   :(
So my family of 5 is starting over from scratch with nothing any thing helps. 
Any help is beyond appreciated, even if you could just share this please.
