Emergency Monsoon Damage Relieve

Hello my name is Marcos Felix Garcia. Wednesday night our apartment in Mesa Arizona was hit by a pretty bad monsoon storm damaging our roof and ruining all of our personal belongings. Damaged happened in both of the bed rooms. We were evacuated the night of the storm and our building has been fenced off. We’ve received notice from the city that we will not be able to stay in the building until the repairs are complete and inspected by the city. We have no idea when the landlord will even inspect the building.

We are on day 5 of 7 for our hotel allotment from our renters insurance policy and need to find a place to stay. We’d be using the funds for a short term rental until we have a clearer plan for repairs from our property management company. Our property management company has not been helpful since the storm and is unable to share what their plan of action is. The apartment housed me, my sister, and our two dogs. If by any chance you could spare anything to help us out we’d really appreciate it.
