Hi, My name is Melina, the older sister of David Munoz. I am posting this here with a heavy heart, and my family and I are asking for any help for our David.

Our beloved family member, David Munoz, recently suffered a heart attack while out of the country. Within days of arriving, he fell seriously ill and is now in the intensive care unit.

The medical services available locally are subpar, and David urgently needs to be flown to the United States for proper care and treatment. Unfortunately, his insurance does not cover the cost and the medical evacuation service is charging $38,616 to bring him home safely.
