Hello, my name is Dilian, and I am Polett's mother. Today, I come to you with a heavy heart to ask for help for my daughter.

My beautiful 16-year-old daughter, Polett , is currently fighting for her life at Children’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona after suffering a sudden brain bleed that caused severe and devastating brain injury. My world changed in an instant, and every day since has been filled with uncertainty, prayer, and hope as she continues to fight.

Polett is a bright, strong, and compassionate young woman who has always put others before herself. She has a huge heart for animals and worked hard to gather donations to help rescue animals receive the food and care they need. She believed every life mattered and did everything she could to make a difference. She also completed first responder training so she could help care for injured school athletes — stepping up to serve and protect others when they needed it most. That is who she is: selfless, brave, and full of love.

For the past 12 days I have been standing by her side, holding her hand, praying over her, and advocating for her every single day. I am doing everything I can to be strong for her while navigating the overwhelming medical, emotional, and financial challenges ahead.
