Help My Mother Rosario – Senior Tourist in ICU After Aneurysm and Stroke.

Hello, my name is Kamille Plunkett, and I am humbly asking for your help for my mother, Rosario Vicencio, a senior visiting the U.S. from the Philippines on a tourist visa.

She was recently rushed to MUSC Charleston after suffering a brain aneurysm and stroke. She is now unconscious in the ICU and fully dependent on medical and nursing care.

My mother does not have health insurance or Medicaid. As a tourist, she is not eligible for public assistance, and we are now facing overwhelming medical expenses.

I am doing everything I can to apply for hospital financial aid and charity care, but we still need support to cover costs such as:
