Emergency Medical Fund for my sis

Donation protected
My dear sister, Chris, has experienced a medical crisis this week that has left her with no feeling in her legs from the waist down.  What started out as a suspected heart attack that sent her to the emergency room has turned into a blood clotting nightmare.  She was airlifted to a larger hospital where cardiologists found elevated heart attack enzymes in her blood and attempted to place a stent just to find there was not a blockage. While we do not have the results back from blood tests sent to Mayo, we are fairly sure they will find a clotting issue as MRI's and CAT scans have found numerous blood clots in her abdomen.  She also has a clot near the top of her stomach close to her heart which contributed to the early misdiagnosed heart attack. The culprit of her paralysis, her neurologist has described, is a spinal stroke caused by a blood clot.  She may not regain the use of her legs.  In the middle of the night she and Lance were given the choice of stopping anti-coagulants and undergoing emergency surgery that might help her regain the use of her legs but might also kill her by causing more blood clots.  She and Lance chose to stay the course with anti-coagulants.   (All of this for a person
who is not grossly obese, drinks or smokes.)
At present they have drawn a line on her abdomen where sensation begins and ends.  If she begins to lose feeling above that line they will have to perform emergency surgery and may fly her to Denver.  Chris can obviously not work in her condition and the future is so unknown.  Lance is expected to resume work on Monday following three months of recovery for back surgery.  He has been on disability during this time.  The bills are piling up and that isn't counting medical bills, deductibles, prescriptions, follow-up, physical therapy, horse feed or loss of wages.  These funds will be just for immediate needs only.  We will have to regroup for long term solutions or if any other complications present themselves.  If anyone would be willing to donate hay for four horses that would also be greatly appreciated and we ask for prayer, of course.  Please share.  Thank you and I will provide updates here.
