Emergency Medical Expenses for Rowell

Hi, my name is Adriana. Rowell Cabral is my soulmate, my boyfriend, my best friend, the love of my life, and on Thursday October 26th, in the middle of the night he suddenly called out to me in distress. He collapsed and I called 911 to rush him to Emergency.

I was told he had a frontal brain bleed, something that was unavoidable and due to an abnormal blood vessel that he has had since he probably was born, it suddenly started bleeding. This can happen to anyone at anytime unexpectedly and we had no idea we were dealing with this issue. He complained of Headaches consistently but we assumed they were normal migraines or just dehydration and treated them as much as we could. My world turned upside down that night.

Rowell is an AMAZING man ! Anyone who knows him, knows how big his heart is, and how genuine he is about caring for others. He overcame a lot of adversity as a young man and even quit smoking on his own cold turkey by replacing it with exercise. Which truly saved his life. Anyone who knows Rowell knows he’s a Go getter, he’s extremely motivated and recently ran a 30k 60 obstacle Spartan Ultra Marathon race in the 5th hardest location in the US in September and took home his medal with pride ! That’s 13 hours of endurance on the highest ski slopes of Jersey. He is so incredible, especially to do it at the age of 40. He decided to follow his dreams to become a motivational speaker and wanted to start off doing what he does best, helping others improve their lives through their body and their mind. He left the comfort of serving in restaurants for quick money and took on the journey of becoming a NASM certified personal trainer. He also became certified in Kettlebell training in record time!! He became top trainer his job rising in the ranks and becoming Elite. His dream of becoming a speaker was slowly coming to fruition through his training. He is my angel and my heart. And he’s inspired me everyday to be my best self, that’s the type of man he is. He’s extremely athletic and ran the equivalent of over 5 marathons during his training. He’s the strongest person I know and the most loving soul you’ll ever find. He’s helped others and their bodies and minds so much! He’s a healer and a friend to everyone he meets. Now I beg of you all, even those whom we don’t know personally, to help him in his need. He is always helping others, now he needs others to help and support him during this unimaginable time for him and his family.

We are SO GRATEFUL for all the prayers we received, if you are unable to donate, please pray in his name for his healing and recovery. He’s a hard worker and has never been in a state like this before, he’s confused but he’s fighting like the fighter and strong minded person he is !!

After his Craniotomy, he has improved and now can breathe on his own, he’s moving a bit and he’s so strong the doctors are impressed. They say his exercise habits saved his life. However this is a long journey to recovery and we are still in the early stages of his healing, but the worst is over and he’s overcome so much.

We are humbly asking those who can donate whatever amount you’re able, to help offset the costs of his surgery and stay in the ICU and continued medical/ care costs. All of the funds will be saved and go directly to his medical/care expenses and physical therapy. I would never wish this on anyone, please those out there, pay attention to your health when it comes to your head. Don’t brush off headaches or weird feelings. Just go in and get it checked, it can save you.
