***UPDATE 5/4/23 THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT AND PRAYERS. MOM IS MEDICALLY UNCONSCIOUS. SHE STILL HAS HER BREATHING TUBES AND FEEDING TUBES. THE DOCTORS ARE GOING TO GIVE HER BLOOD PLATELETS DUE TO HER WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT. AHNA, PRISCILLA, AND WILBUR JR ARE WITH HER. WE WILL BE HAVING A DINNER PLATE AND BAKED GOODS SALE AT LIONS CLUB ON FRIDAY.***

*UPDATE 5/2/23 MOM IS ON A BREATHING TUBE AND FEEDING TUBE SO HER BODY CAN RELAX AND GET BETTER. HER HEART RATE STABILIZED. AHNA EDITH AND AUNTIE PRISCILLA WILL BE WITH MOM TOMORROW, THANKS TO THE HOSPITAL FOR GETTING THAT TAKEN CARE OF. UNCLE WILBUR DROVE UP TODAY TO BE WITH MOM AS WELL. **UPDATE 5/1/23 THE DOCTORS WILL BE STARTING DIALYSIS TO HELP WITH MOM'S BLOOD. WE ARE STILL WAITING TO HEAR IF THEY WILL DO THE TRANSPLANT AND WHEN. MOM WILL BE IN SEATTLE FOR 3 MONTHS AFTER SURGERY FOR RECOVERY. AHNA EDITH IS STILL IN ANC WAITING TO BE WITH MOM IN SEATTLE.

Hello my name is Katherine Fischer. I am creating this go fund me for my mom, Aurora Iyatunguk, and my ahna, Edith swan, who has been my mom's escort. Aurora was admitted here in Kotzebue then a day later medivaced to Anchorage, Alaska on 04/11/2023. When Aurora and Edith arrived to Anchorage the Doctors spoke about Aurora receiving a liver transplant. Today, 04/29/2023, my mom was medivaced to Seattle, Washington in the hopes of receiving that transplant. My ahna was not able to follow her to Seattle today but hopes to go on Monday. The hospital said there would be no where to stay. We do not know how long my mom will be down there. Any donations would help for Aurora and Edith's medical journey, weather it be housing, flights, food, or medical. Thank you so much for all your help.
