Hi, my name is Summer, and I’m asking for help to save my dog, Moon.

Moon swallowed a foreign object that caused a dangerous blockage in his stomach. The veterinarian confirmed this is life-threatening, and that emergency surgery is the only way to save his life.

The cost for the surgery, anesthesia, and necessary care is $2,800-$3,000. This emergency came on suddenly, and I’m doing everything I can, applying for assistance programs and working with the vet, but I can’t cover this cost alone.

Moon is my family. He is loving, loyal, and means the world to me. Watching him be in pain and knowing surgery can save him is heartbreaking, and I’m asking for help so he can have a chance to recover and live.
