This is actually a unique legal strategy that the average black person has the ability to do now only because of the "Emergency Status" we and the world is in right now...

To understand what this means you just have to know a few simple legal terms in international law.

CRITICAL VOCABULARY

A. "AFRICAN DIASPORA" - according to the African Union https://au.int/en/diaspora-civil-society-engagement

is all black people who don't live in Africa... That means all black folks in America, Caribbean, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia... So anytime someone says Black American, international law recognizes that to be a member of the African Diaspora living in America.

The official definition is “The African Diaspora consists of peoples of African origin living outside the continent, irrespective of their citizenship and nationality and who are willing to contribute to the development of the continent and building of the African Union.”

Nobody in the African Diaspora of America aka "Black America" has "Full Powers" of Black America therefore no one has any official authority to speak on behalf of Black Americans and that is the FUNDAMENTAL PROBLEM at square 1. Ice Cube wants to push a "Contract With Black America" the only problem is nobody has legal authority to sign that contract and all the politicians know this. That is the reason why we the only thing we need to focus on is our own Black Elections.

Since Emergency Powers enable governments the ability to do things it normally wouldn't be able to do, this Covid-19 era is the perfect time for Black People to exercise emergency powers since we're the only people on earth who has not used this global emergency for our benefit. Well here's how we do it according to the existing laws of nations (international law). We use the fact that Black America has no official representation or leader to emphasize the sovereign power of a head of state / government leader being retained by the VOTING MEMBERS of Black America (The African Diaspora in America) until we officially elect somebodies to represent us.

With the power of government being vested in "We the people", we use that power to sign / ratify / approve / accept / adopt the declaration / invitation of the global african diaspora. By us doing that it transforms it into an agreement we make between ourselves to engage the African Union and the other countries based on the words they declared in their declaration. This agreement we make is called a unilateral treaty.

By Black Americans establishing a unilateral treaty among ourselves it becomes the first real step of creating a foundational base for national development. And what better document to all agree on than the document coming from 80 whole countries. That means we are starting off with 80 different allies to establish trade agreements with. We might as well gone head start here since THEY already got it started for us... Let's all ratify the declaration and transform it into a unilateral treaty among ourselves then build from there.

Who you are and where you’re from?

I am H.E. H.H. Ambassador Prince, Knox Saint Michael Ewers II. I'm the one who filed federal lawsuit CV-1-19-4443 against the united states using my capacity of Mt. Zion Ambassador on October 2, 2019. The lawsuit placed a debt of $1.28 Quadrillion + Pain and Suffering on the USA + we sued for several other injunctions.  This year on June 19, 2020 I entered the USA into default then three weeks later the national council of Mayors officially backed the number of $6.2 Quadrillion for the debt owed for slavery

I am a voting member of the African Diaspora, equal to all black people in the diaspora who are of voting age. However I also hold authorization represent all black people in the world deriving from my appointment to the oldest active inter-governmental organization in the world who protect the sacred stone tablets of the 4 races (my direct representation is for the keepers of the sacred stone tablets of the Black Race, the Gikuyu Nation of Mt. Kenya once known as the Kabiru aka Gabiru/Habiru/Hebrew.

How the funds will be spent (be as specific as possible)?

This crowdfunding campaign is based on one of the "Other Injunctions" we filed for in CV-1:19-4443 which is having the United States being required to address black people in America in our full diplomatic capacity as the African Union's 6th Region Government.

In order to help the USA comply with this, it is imperative that we, the people give some structure and power to the 6th Region framework laid out for us by the African Governments.

We, the people are the ones who must give form to this 6th Region Provisional (Temporary) Government so we are developing an emergency block chain voting system as a digital headquarters for the government. The funds will be used to pay the block chain developers to build, test, complete and maintain the system to be able to handle 40 Million voters in America and then scale it up to handle 350 Million people in the African Diaspora.
