Emergency Housing Support For Ron & Victor

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I am a long time Philadelphia activist, artist and community organizer. You can learn more about my past work and projects at ronwhyte.com Recently I moved to Germany with my cat Victor to be with my ex-partner, selling and giving away all of my belongings and totally committing myself to starting a new life here. When my partner realized that he could not control and manipulate me the relationship came to an abrupt and messy end leaving me and my cat homeless.

I am now in Berlin using my dwindling resources for housing, food and for a cat sitter for Victor - I definitely could use some help or else I will be forced to put him in a shelter. I also need funds for a plane ticket in case nothing materializes for me here in Berlin.

My goal is to find a pet friendly Airbnb or something comparable for the next month while I investigate the possibilities here. Without stable housing networking in this city will be very difficult. I'm taking this course of action because I am the type of person who is most at risk from the dysfunctional American political and social system and returning would have to be a last resort.
