After renting the house we've lived in for 7 year's, we we're evicted. I had brain surgery 2 years ago. 2 months into a very difficult recovery, the elders at the Alvin Church of Christ, being pressured by a couple of women who didn't care for my ministry, fired me with no cause. Since then, we fell a couple of months behind on rent and got evicted. It has been a difficult couple of years.  Melanie and Megan went to visit our oldest daughter, Heather, and then will be going to spend time with her mom in Mississippi.

I am living in my van and working as many hours I can get at Barnes and Noble (24-32 hours week). I am going to save money so that I can secure more affordable living arrangements as well as have the AC in the van repaired. Several people told me I should start a Go Fund Me, so here it is.

I have spent my life in ministry and now find ourselves in need of help. Any amount will be appreciated and helpful.
