Hello my name is Deborah Golden I am from NJ and have been fighting for my property of 27years in the courts for the last 7years. Today Dec 9, 2022 at Emergency hearing at 8:30am

Judge Covello denied my Motion To Stay until my next motion which is to be heard on Jan 6 2023 A motion of Reconsideration for the Motion to Vacate and Dismiss this whole case but the judge drnied STAY. Plaintiff still hasn't proved standing over the last 7yrs in court and they have not produced any facts falsified documents. THE ALLEDGED PLAINTIFF sends me letters email they have nothing to do with my property or Forclosure

I will continue to fight for my property that is literally being stolen. Title/ DEED Theft my constitutional rights have been violated and so has my daughters.

I have been trampled on in the court system for the last 7years.

My disabled daughter and our two furbabies we evicted in a 24 hour zoom court call that the judge denied our STAY.

MY PROPERTY was allegedly sold Feb 5 2019 in a Sherriffs Sale for $100.00 theft.

I was denied the right to sell my property b4 the Sherriffs Sale to my Township and FEMA I have a Clouded Countrywide Lien on record as of today.

I was given eleven "different copies" of this Robo SIGNED Forged Countrywide Counterfeit Note from that none of the Judges seem to even care about. I feel they have not looked at all the evidence and just put me through HELL over the last 7years. I am distraught over losing my home that I have worked hard for even after all the floods 9 of them since 1997 I have always rebuilt. I was denied flood ins during this last flood IDA because of my case they transferred my deed for $100.00 so I couldn't get flood insurance. So my savings went to a new boiler and hot water heater.

Which the plumbers at the time took advantage during cv19 $2,500.00 for a water heater 8g for a boiler; yeah plumbers took advantage of cv19 during that flood whatever. I am very disappointed in our Justice system that they could just throw us out on the street.

My daughter, two furbabies and I are Officially HOMELESS!

Please help us so that we can find a Home My Equity of $420,000.00 has been stolen by

White Collar Criminals.

MY PROPERTY OF 27YRS! The funds will be used for finding a home/apt, storage, and daily drives to live, to give my friend some rent for my daughter and dogs here, yesterday my daughter had two drs appts taking care of our two pets who are also traumatized by this horrible act of injustice by our justice system.

They will also be used for finding a home and paying our way here where we are staying sharing a bedroom with my daughter and our furbabies.
