Emergency: Please help me finish UCI Grad School!

WILL BE COMPLETELY DROPPED FROM PROGRAM (LOSE UCI STUDENT STATUS) BY JANUARY 22ND! TO CLARIFY: The money left to raise (6,000) is for remainder of Fall and all of Winter Quarter and I still have my final quarter (Spring 2021) of $4,900 that is not included. My focus right now is Winter Quarter fees due January 22nd. I am a Iranian and SerboCroatian-American single mother (of a 4 year old boy) who had to relocate to California after I lost my seven year career as a juvenile probation officer in Washington, DC because there was no paid maternity leave.  I decided to apply to a masters program at UC Irvine in 2019 so I can eventually reenter the law enforcement field in California as a stronger candidate due to having to start over 4 years ago. Thanks to the donations I received last year, I was able to fund what I had left to pay (along with using all of my stimulus and tax refund). My school lifted my restriction status from my defaulted loans from 15 years ago in the Spring, but then put it back this fall. So unfortunately I'm back to receiving NO FINANCIAL AID and due to Dept of Education "policies" I cannot consolidate until AFTER I graduate. I lost my job at the University in March due to COVID-19, so I am struggling to stay in my program, despite $1,000 scholarship I received from my Sorority's National Educational Foundation.  I received a 4.0 last year and have currently continued that GPA this fall.   I have paid $1700 toward the $4900 needed by DECEMBER 2020 for Fall quarter PLUS WINTER FEES OF ANOTHER $4,967 due December 15th so any help would be appreciated as I will not be able to register for Winter or continue to graduation in 2021 without paying those fees.
