Hello all,
My dad recently passed away unexpectedly, leaving just me and my younger sister. We all shared a home, and I am now the sole owner. He had a joint mortgage with me, and I cannot manage the payments on my own.
We plan to sell the house, but it needs some work before it’s ready for the market. Repairs and preparation will take time, especially due to me and my sister both struggling with disability, and in the meantime, I need support to cover the mortgage.
My dad was a kind and generous person, and this is a very difficult time for our family. Any contribution — large or small — would make a real difference while we navigate this painful period.
The goal of £5,000 covers roughly 2–3 months of mortgage payments while we prepare the house for sale. Any contributions beyond this will go toward necessary repairs and fees, helping ensure the house can be sold as smoothly as possible.
Even if you can’t contribute, sharing this page with others would help enormously. Your support, in any form, means a lot.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for helping in any way you can.
