Emergency Help Needed for Ugandan LGBTQ

I have been working and helping a Ugandan LGBTQ activist for a few years now, and I have seen how he has reached out to LGBTQ members over the years especially to those facing police harassment as well as from the public.

With the Ugandan Parliament having recently passed laws that would imprison persons for merely identified (even by the public) and the impending vote by the President, many Ugandans are running away from their communities, forced to relocate and find shelter in safe houses. I've been getting desperate messages from my friend who has been helping dozens of people at a time.

The funds are needed immediately to shelter and feed the people as well as to help members who have been indiscriminately picked up by the menacing police.

Please help as well as you can. No amount is too small.
