Emergency help needed by grandma Leila

I really wish it didn’t have to come to this, but I need help. Not only am I in rehab from a brain bleed, I currently have a major plumbing problem and as a result of that, I have a gigantic water bill and I have no water in the house. I don’t think they’re going to allow me to come home from the rehab. I need to get this taken care of and it’s really expensive, so I guess anything would help. And yes, I have tried, and with help, am continuing to add ways of getting some assistance. We are in the process of exhausting everything available. The one thing is that even if they budged on giving us a payment plan, that would be difficult to maintain long term because already our homeowner's mortgage payment has gone from $1200 to $2500 because of homeowner's insurance—required by the mortgage company, of course—increased and it’s beyond managing. It’s pretty insane. But I want out. And my grandchildren want me out. I know that between campaign contributions and people needing money because of hurricanes, this is terrible timing, but it’s what it is.
