Hello friends, family, and kind strangers,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my son, Tyler Byrd, who was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital and now requires urgent surgery. This has been a sudden and overwhelming situation, especially because Tyler does not have medical insurance.

Tyler is a hard-working young man doing everything he can to build a better future. He’s not one to ask for help—but this setback is more than he can carry on his own. The costs from surgery, hospital stay, follow-up care, prescriptions, and missed work will create a heavy financial burden.
