Emergency Help for Tongan People

Hi Family and Friends,

I am raising funds in Germany with friends and family and their friends and family to help Tongan families and people in need after the volcanic eruption and the tsunami.

 

Help will go directly to families and people in need. I am living in Tongatapu on the main island and I will be responsible withdrawing the funds to distribute to the people in need.

I chose 12 Families here in Tonga, which lost their homes to the Tsunami. Your donation will reach them each in cash and food and sanitary supplies. 
11 of these families got evacuated after the Tsunami to the main island where they are living with friends, family or in Community/Church Halls. 1 Family is still living in the outer Island of Haapai and need urgently food supply the most.
I am in constant contact with these 12 Families to make sure your donation reaches them in the exact way they need it. That's why I chose to give each family cash, food supply as well as sanitary supply. As that's what they told me they need the most.

I will keep updating the page with the progress and work done and upload pictures of the donations and supply distributed.
