Emergency help for the Dan Valentine family
Donation protected
He was the nicest man in any room. He never greeted me or said goodbye without a hug. He clearly loved his wife and his boys, his family, extended family, and friends. A mutual friend to me, “He was just plain a good guy.” We’re not alone in that thinking. Dan Valentine was a very good man. The loss of Dan, to everyone who cared for him, is profound.
A loss of any loved one is hard and painful to endure; Dan's is the very same. One that is so unexpected is all the more so. Often with that shock comes the realization that even with the best laid plans, we are often unprepared for what lies ahead, and even more than that, that our immediate needs can be met. Many people have and will be offering help to Cheryl and her sons. If you’re feeling called to do so, they would welcome your support through their GoFundMe effort. It’s a very tangible way to help them through the difficult days ahead. Most importantly, if you can be lifting them up in your prayers and keeping them in your thoughts, they would be so grateful.
Community is often what sustains us during these most difficult times in life. Dan was surrounded by a warm and loving community. Thank you all for being part of his community. We will all miss him very much.
Thank you.
Warmly,
