Emergency help for Maggie

Hey everyone,

On 5/22 our beloved best friend Maggie started feeling ill. It was around 4:00am on 5/23 that we had realized it wasn’t just a small stomach ache. Anyone who has met Maggie knows she is the sweetest, most energetic, fun loving friend anyone could ever ask for.  We rushed her to the closest emergency vet first thing this morning (about an hour away, 5/23) and we have come to find out just the initial bloodwork, X-ray and diagnosis will cost about $1200. We are anticipating that anything further than just this will be substantially more expensive. We are absolutely prepared to do whatever it takes to help our best friend through this terrifying time in her life, but it will likely put a strain on us for the time being. Anyone who knows Courtney knows she wouldn’t be posting this and will likely be upset that I made this page, but this is a time that I know we could use extra help and it would mean the world to the both of us.
