Emergency help for legal aid

 Hello all, 

On 10/31/20, I was falsely arrested under serious charges at a protest to show solidarity with Philadelphia. I thought this incident would be resolved due to the existence of video evidence of the evening that shows a different story than the Denver Police are suggesting. With the trial moving forward, my anxiety and uncertainty are building as I don’t have the funds to afford the required legal defense.

I need to ask for your help. My partner and I have maxed out a credit card to pay my legal fees and it’s still not enough -- I need help paying for costs of going to trial. 

My fundraising goal is going directly to court and legal fees, which I will gladly share the details of. 

This doesn’t come easy for me at a time when I know so many people need help right now. Please consider donating what feels right if you can.
