Hi, my name is Laura, and I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of one of my dearest friends, Olivia, and her beloved black lab, Beau.

To know Olivia is to know Beau.

He is not “just a dog.” He is her constant companion, her shadow, her comfort, her family, and truly one of the greatest loves of her life. For years, Beau has been right by Olivia’s side through life’s highs, lows, ordinary days, and unforgettable moments. Their bond is something anyone who knows them can immediately feel.

Right now, Beau is fighting for his life.

After becoming suddenly and critically ill, Beau has been hospitalized and is undergoing emergency medical care. Olivia is doing everything she can to give him the best possible chance, but Beau will likely need life-saving surgery, with medical costs expected to reach approximately $20,000.

Like so many pet parents, Olivia would do absolutely anything for Beau. And now, I’m asking our community to rally around them in a moment no one ever plans for.

I’m raising funds to help cover Beau’s emergency hospitalization, diagnostics, surgery, and critical aftercare so that Olivia can focus on one thing: helping her boy fight his way home.
